(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018
(AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council proposes to make an Order
under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling
powers.
The effect of the Order will be to;
1. Revoke the following item from Schedule 1.03 No waiting at any time:-
Oversley Road
Both Sides
From its junction with the eastern kerb line of Beckett Road for a distance of 20 metres
in an easterly direction
2. Revoke the following item from Schedule 8.05 Residents Parking Bays Monday
to Saturday 8am to 6pm Wheatley:-
3. Introduce the following items into Schedule 1.03 No waiting at any time:-
Oversley Road, Wheatley
North East Side
From its junction with the eastern kerb line of Beckett Road. for a distance of 35 metres
in an easterly direction.
South Side
From its junction with the eastern kerb line of Beckett Road. for a distance of 20 metres
in an easterly direction.
4. Introduce the following item into Schedule 8.05 Residents Parking Bays Monday
to Saturday 8am to 6pm Wheatley
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of picking up and setting
down passengers, loading and unloading goods and in connection with building
industrial or demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic, the
maintenance of the roads and the services therein in pursuance of statutory powers or
duties, for the collection and delivery of postal packets or if it is a vehicle being
operated by or on behalf of the South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnerships while
carrying out roadside monitoring or enforcement operations. The usual exceptions for
disabled persons vehicles will also apply.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the restricted roads and a
statement of the Councils reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined
at the Council Office, Civic Office, Waterdale Doncaster between the hours of 9 am and
4.30 pm or on the City of Doncaster Council Website via the following link
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your
objection in writing to City of Doncaster Council, Safer Roads, Civic Office, Waterdale,
