What is happening?

London Borough of Sutton Public Notices

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. * ) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended -

2. The general effect of the Order would be to:-

(a) introduce loading/unloading restrictions in Rookwood Avenue in the turning head outside Nos. 67 and 69

(b) introduce/extend waiting restrictions operating 'at any time' (double yellow lines) in:-

* Beddington Farm Road on its eastern side south of Brazil Close

* Endeavour Way on its south-eastern and south-western sides

* Jessops Way on its northern side

* Rookwood Avenue outside No. 67 and 69

* The Chase across the access adjacent to No. 1

* Upper Road outside Nos. 1 to 3 and 2a to 2b

(c) reduce a length of 'at any time' double yellow line waiting restrictions in Rectory Lane adjacent to No. 59 Montagu Gardens

3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
