JOYCE CLARKE ESTATE AGENTS, 2 WEST STREET, PORTADOWN, CRAIGAVON, BT62 3PD

ON THURSDAY 4 th SEPTEMBER 2025 BETWEEN 3PM AND 7PM

IN RELATION TO:

ERECTION OF RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING CIRCA 75NO. DWELLINGS AND
ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS, INFRASTRUCTURE, PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND LANDSCAPING.

ON LANDS:

LANDS TO THE SOUTH EAST OF SILVERWOOD AVENUE, SOUTH WEST OF NOS.10, 12, 14 AND 16
ELLINGTON AVENUE, WEST OF NOS.26, 28, 32 AND 34 HEADINGTON MANOR, SOUTH OF NOS.36, 38,
40, 42 AND 45 HEADINGTON MANOR, AND NORTH OF BELFAST-DUBLIN RAILWAY LINE, LURGAN

Tetra Tech Consulting (NI) in conjunction with McAdam Stewart Architects, on behalf of D. Gilmore Developments Ltd, is
currently in the process of developing plans for the erection of residential development comprising circa 75No. Dwellings and
associated site works, infrastructure, public open space and landscaping.
This relates to lands to the South East of Silverwood Avenue, South West of Nos.10, 12, 14 and 16 Ellington Avenue, west of
Nos.26, 28, 32 and 34 Headington Manor, south of Nos.36, 38, 40, 42 and 45 Headington Manor, and North of Belfast-Dublin
railway line, Lurgan.
As part of this process, we wish to formally invite members of the public and any interested parties to attend a public
consultation event to be held at Joyce Clarke Estate Agents, 2 West Street, Portadown, Craigavon, BT62 3PD on
Thursday 4 th September 2025 between 3pm and 7pm, at which members of the design team will be available to talk through
details of the proposed development and respond to questions attendees may have.
Those persons attending this ‘Public Consultation Event’ will be able to provide comments on the proposal via 'Comment
Response Forms' utilising a 'Comment Box Facility'.
A 'Physical Information Display' of the proposed development, will also be provided at: Joyce Clarke Estate Agents, 2
West Street, Portadown, Craigavon, BT62 3PD.
This will be during opening hours from Friday 5 th September 2025 through to Friday 3 rd October 2025. ‘Comment Response
Forms’ and a 'Comment Box Facility' will be available alongside this 'Physical Information Display'. In addition, and as part
of the ‘Physical Information Display’, contact telephone numbers along with postal and email addresses will be provided for
members of the design team should interested parties wish to contact them directly to discuss or comment on the plans.
In addition, an ‘Online Consultation Website’, on Joyce Clarke Estate Agent’s website, will showcase information on the
proposed development and will run from 3pm on Thursday 4 th September 2025 to 5pm on Friday 3 rd October 2025 at

comment on the proposal using the website’s email facility up until 5pm on Friday 3 rd October 2025.
