Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 Notice Of Eia Consent Decision Project Erebus Floating Offshore Wind Farm

Notice is hereby given that Natural Resources Wales ("NRW") has carried out an environmental impact assessment ('EIA') under the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 as amended ('the EIA Regulations') in respect of the above project. In accordance with regulation 22 of the EIA Regulations, NRW has decided to grant EIA consent for the project subject to conditions being imposed.

Written confirmation of the EIA consent decision is available for public inspection on NRW's public register. The written confirmation includes the main reasons and considerations on which the EIA consent decision was based, a summary of the consultations undertaken and information gathered, conclusion about effects of the project on the environment and conditions attached to the EIA consent decision.

The written confirmation of the EIA consent decision is available for public inspection free of charge during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm at Cardiff Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, Cambria House, 29 Newport Rd, Cardiff CF240TP.

Copies of the written confirmation of the EIA consent decision may also be obtained online at https:// naturalresources.wales/permits-and-permissions/ permit-applications-consultations-and-decisions/ marine-licensing-decisions/?lang=en or requested by sending an email to permittingconsultations@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk.

If printed copies are requested, a charge not exceeding reasonable copying costs may be made.

Natural Resources Wales is an appropriate authority under the EIA Regulations and has been delegated functions as the appropriate licensing authority by the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. NRW will proceed to take a regulatory decision in relation to the application for a marine licence.

Rhoddir hysbysiad trwy hyn fod Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi cynnal asesiad o'r effeithiau amgylcheddol dan Reoliadau Gwaith Morol (Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol) 2007 fel y'u diwygiwyd ('y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol') mewn perthynas a'r prosiect uchod. Yn unol a Rheoliad 22 y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol, mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi penderfynu rhoi cymeradwyaeth asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gyfer y prosiect yn amodol ar osod amodau.

Mae cadarnhad ysgrifenedig o'r penderfyniad caniatad asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gael i'r cyhoedd ei archwilio ar gofrestr gyhoeddus Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru. Mae'r cadarnhad ysgrifenedig yn cynnwys y prif resymau ac ystyriaethau yr oedd y penderfyniad caniatad asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol yn seiliedig arnynt, crynodeb o'r ymgynghoriadau yr ymgymerwyd a hwy a'r wybodaeth a gasglwyd, casgliad am effeithiau'r prosiect ar yr amgylchedd a'r amodau sydd ynghlwm wrth y penderfyniad caniatad asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol.

Mae'r cadarnhad ysgrifenedig o'r penderfyniad caniatad asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gael i'r cyhoedd ei archwilio yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol, sef 9am tan 5pm, yn y Gwasanaeth Trwyddedu, Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, Ty Cambria, 29 Ffordd Casnewydd, Caerdydd, CF24 OTP.
