Council for a premises licence for:
JK Superstore, 14 Quantrelle Court, Shortstown,
Bedford, MK42 0UF so that the following licensable
activities may be provided on the following days
and hours:
Sale by retail of alcohol (off the premises):

Anyone wishing to make a representation about
this application must give notice in writing
specifying the grounds of representation to
Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council,
Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42

Applications can be viewed during office hours at
the Council or via the council’s website on
Any representations regarding the application
must be received by the licensing department at
the above address, by no later than 10th October
2025. Individuals, businesses and other bodies
may make representations in relation to the
application. Representations must be relevant and
can only be on the licensing objectives.
Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine
up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with the
application.
