Notice of application for a premises licence
variation
Notice is hereby given that Ascona Retail Ltd has
applied to Hastings Borough Council for a premises
licence variation as follows:
1. Off sales of alcohol 00:00 to 23:59 Monday to
Sunday.
2. Late night refreshment 23:00 to 05:00 Monday
to Sunday.
3. Update premises plan.
4. Removal of all embedded restrictions.
5. Removal of some conditions and amendment of
conditions at Annex 2 to include more up to date
and appropriate conditions.
