What is proposed?

Application to vary a Premises Licence

Designer Food Creations Ltd applied to the Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council on 2 September 2025 to vary a Premises Licence for Rio’s Piri Piri, 81 London Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9AA.

The proposed variation is: Extension of permitted hours for late night refreshment; currently 23:00 until 02:00 for seated guests, 02:00 until 03:00 for delivery only.

Proposed new hours = (from Sunday to Thursday) 23:00 until 03:00 for seated guests, 03:00 until 04:00 for delivery only; (from Friday to Saturday) 23:00 until 04:00 for seated guests and deliveries.
