Blakemere Crescent, Portsmouth - Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting
What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Blakemere Crescent) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.94) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 20th March 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
BLAKEMERE CRESCENT
From the junction of Leominster Road to junction of Dorstone Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate City Fibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 21st March 2023 to 4th April 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding the above, works will be carried out in 50 metre sections. Each works will be notified by the placement of signs and letters to affected residents and businesses.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
