(TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE)
ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on the following sections of footway in Blyth in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 28th March 2023 until the 9th May 2023.
U9513 St Cuthberts Court Footway from its point outside of house number 19 St Cuthberts Court Footway heading southwards for a distance of 52 metres ending at the gable end of house number 11 St Cuthberts Court Footway.
It is expected that the footway will only be closed from the 28th March 2023 to 6th April 2023, however, the order will remain in place until 9th May 2023.
The alternative route will be via Carlton Street, St Cuthberts Court and vice versa.
U9513 St Cuthberts Court Footway from its junction with St Cuthberts Court heading eastwards for a distance of 26 metres. It is expected that the footway will only be closed from the 28th March 2023 to 6th April 2023, however, the order will remain in place until 9th May 2023.
The alternative route will be via Carlton Street, St Cuthberts Court and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Avonline Network to excavate a narrow trench to install micro-duct and subsequent installation of network in footway.
