Badsley Moor Lane, Clifton, Rotherham, temporary closure due to major highway works

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Badsley Moor Lane from its junction with A6021 Clifton Lane roundabout to the western kerbline of Carrington Street from Monday 20th. March until Friday 15th. December 2023.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order will be via A6021 Broom Road, A6021 Wickersley Road, Middle Lane South and vice versa. The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Major highway works).
