We have made this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the 35.54/19/1 Ryther Cum Ossendyke and 35.20/2/1 Cawood, between grid reference SE56293819 &; SE56823795 for a temporary period of up to 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 13/03/23 and 19/08/23 due to a broken bridge. (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING)(DISTRICT OF SELBY)(AMENDMENT NO 23) ORDER 2023. NOTICE is hereby given that on 3 March 2023 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Selby) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:- Barkston Ash , Orchard Close, North Side from the projected centre line of the junction with the A162 to east for 21m, no waiting at any time.Barkston Ash, Orchard Close, south side , from the projected centre line of the junction with the A162 to east for 21m, no waiting at any time. TEMPORARY (30) MPH SPEED RESTRICTION, Heck Lane, Great Heck, ORDER 2023 NO 77 North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order that will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 30 mph along Heck Lane, Great Heck, due to road works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 27/03/23 until 30/06/23 inclusive.
