have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the
effect will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that
length of the A614 Thorne Road at Bawtry in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and
the workforce whilst works to inspect bridge parapets
are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Station Road, Doncaster Road,
Bawtry Road, Great North Road, High Common Lane,
Thorne Road and vice versa.
