Handley Lane, Handley, Clay Cross - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
HANDLEY LANE, HANDLEY, CLAY CROSS
WHEN: 10th March 2023 (09:00 to 17:00)
WHERE: Handley Lane, Handley, Clay Cross between its junction with the B6036 to its junction with Woodhead Lane.
REASON: To facilitate tree trimming works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Handley Lane (from point of closure), Clay Lane, A61, B6014, B6036 and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
