What is happening?

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
((ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL
ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION))
((AMENDMENT NO.27) (QUAY ROAD,
BRIDLINGTON) ORDER 2023

1. On 9 March 2023 East Riding of Yorkshire Council made
this order which will be operative from 9 March 2023
the effect of which will be to introduce parking, waiting
and loading restrictions on Quay Road, Bridlington
2. A copy of the Order and relevant are available for
inspection at the Bridlington Customer Service Centre,
Town Hall, Quay Road, Bridlington, YO16 4LP
3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or
of any provision contained in it on the grounds that
it is not within the powers conferred by the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any
requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it
has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you
may, within six weeks from 9 March 2023 apply to the
High Court for this purpose.
