A38 MANSFIELD ROAD
(NORTH-EAST BOUND ONLY)
SOUTH NORMANTON

WHEN: 20th March 2023 to 28th March 2023 (20:00 to 04:00 each night)
WHERE: A38 Mansfield Road (North-east bound only), South Normanton between its junction with M1 J28 for a distance of 1.2 kilometres in a north-easterly direction (including the off slip to Berristow Lane interchange and access from Carter Lane East).
REASON: To facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Clockwise Only - M1 J28 interchange, B6019, Market Street, High Street, Water Lane, Ball Hill, Carter Lane to Berristow interchange.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
