What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF LUTON
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.123) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Luton Borough Council, the Highway Authority for the said Borough, on 27th February 2023 made the above Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
The Order will come into effect on 8th March 2023. The Order will introduce various lengths of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Leicester Road, Rossfold Road, Stockingstone Road, Wardown Crescent.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers contained in the above Act or any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
