NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, which will come Into force on the 27th February 2023 will be to introduce a restriction on vehicles of a weight in excess of 3 tonnes on the following length of highway in Westwood in the County of Northumberland:-

This Order will hereby revoke the 'The County Council of Northumberland (Bardon Mill-Bradley Gate Road (C.312) (Weight Restriction) Order 1972' in its entirety.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may before the 29" March 2023 apply to the High Court for that purpose
