Shadbolt Close (D2377) Worcester Park Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Shadbolt Close (D2377) Worcester Park as extends from its junction with (D2372) Salisbury Road to its junction with the common boundary between property No.1 and No.1a Shadbolt Close. This Order, which will commence on 17 March 2023 for a period of 18 months is required to facilitate footway reconstruction works to be carried out by or on behalf of Surrey County Council within the length of road described in this Notice.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed Access for residents, the emergency services, pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to follow the diversion route below. Alternative Route- (D2372) Salisbury Road, (D2020) The Avenue, (D2398) Suffolk Road and (D2377) Shadbolt Close or this route in reverse. Dated: 16 February 2023
