THE BRENT FREE PARKING PLACES CITY CAR CLUB (NO. 1, 2010) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Brent, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the 'City Car Club' Order would be:-
(a) to revoke the existing parking place for use by vehicles bearing the logo of a city car club, operating at any time, in Brondesbury Road generally on the side of No. 53 Salusbury Road; and
(b) to designate a new parking place for use by vehicles bearing the logo of a city car club, to operate at any time, on the north-western side of Albert Road, from a point 18.90 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Salusbury Road, north-eastward for a distance of 12.50 metres.
3. A copy of the proposed Order, of the relevant Order of 2010 (and of the Orders which have amended that Order), of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of maps which indicates each length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order at Brent Customer Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ.

5. Persons desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections, and the grounds thereof, via email to trafficorders@brent.gov.uk, or in the post to the Head of Healthy Streets and Parking, Healthy Streets and Parking Service, 5th Floor North Wing, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ, quoting the reference TO/25/114/NP, to arrive no later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
