What is happening?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin 

The Council has made the Borough of Telford & Wrekin St Marys Street, Newport (Temporary On Street Parking Places) Order 2023 in order to protect the general public from any danger that may arise due to the temporary narrowing of the carriageway. The order becomes operational from the 17/2/23. The following road is affected: St Marys St (South Side West) From a point approximately 125m north of its southern jcn with High St for a distance of approximately 65m in a north westerly direction. Alternative routes will be signed on site. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 17/8/24. Anthea Lowe, Director: Policy & Governance.
