Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.

The Proposed Order will continue in force up to and
including the 28th day of February 2023 or until the works
which it is proposed to carry out in or near the said road
have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
Location
Chestnut Avenue, Wheatley Hills from its junction with The
Grove to its junction with Fernhurst Road.
Dates and Times
00:00hrs 23rd January 2023 until 3rd February 2023.
The road will reopen each evening.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse
weather conditions, the closure may extend beyond this
date although all closures to be completed by the 28th
February 2023.

ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of January 2023
the City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the
16th day of January 2023 will introduce a derestricted speed
limit on the following length of road:-
A631 Bawtry Road, Tickhill
From a point 405 metres east of its junction of Stripe Road
to its junction with Bawtry Road (Harworth, Bircotes).
A copy of the Order and a map showing the restricted road
may be examined at the Council Offices, Civic Office,
Waterdale, Doncaster between 8.45 a.m. and 4.45 p.m.
Monday to Friday or on the Doncaster Council Website via
the following link https://www.doncaster.gov.uk/services/

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of
the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act
or of any instrument made under it has not been complied
with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from
the 11th day of January 2023 apply to the High Court for this
