Nutfield Place Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Loading and Waiting

Portsmouth City Council (Nutfield Place) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Loading andWaiting) (No.19) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 25 th January 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, LOADING AND WAITING
NUTFIELD PLACE
From its junction with Clarendon Road. (Except for access to Lake Road Health Centre.)
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate footway resurfacing works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 25 th January 2023 to 17 th February 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding the above, works will be carried out overnight from 20:00 to 05:00 on each night.
D) DIVERSION
Vehicles access to be maintained to Lake Road Health Centre. Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
