What is happening?

_ 9th January 2023Portsmouth City Council (Moneyfield Avenue) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Loading and Waiting) (No.14) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 23rd January 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, LOADING AND WAITING
MONEYFIELD AVENUE
From its junction with Martin Road to its junction with Paignton Road.


B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 23rd January 2023 to 27th January 2023 or
completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Vehicles will be diverted from Paignton Road - Eastbourne Road - Martin Road and vice versa. Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
