What is happening?
The above Order made on the 15th day of December 2022 under Section 26 of the
Highways Act 1980 will create a section of footpath from its junction with Hayfield

MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2022
The above Order made on the 15th day of December 2022 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a section of footpath from its junction with Hayfield Lane, grid reference SK6505 9970, point A on the Order map, proceeding in a South direction for 203 metres, then turning west for 25 metre to the junction with Sherwood Close, grid reference SK6508 9950, point B on the Order map.
Total length of the footpath to be added is 228 metres.
The width of the path is 2 metres, and has a formal bitumen macadam surface.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Doncaster Borough Council, Public Rights of Way, Civic Office, Doncaster DN1 3BU from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
Copies of the Order and map may be bought here at a price of £10 Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Assistant Director Legal and Democratic Services, Doncaster Borough Council, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU quoting reference L/CP/90786 not later than the 20th day of January 2023. Please state the grounds on which they are made. (PO1420)
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Doncaster Borough Council, may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order
