Surrey - 20mph Speed Limit Order

(Various Roads in Guildford, Bushy Hill Drive area)
(20mph Speed Limit) Order 202-

Surrey County Council propose to make “The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in Guildford, Bushy Hill Drive area) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 202-”, under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 20 mph speed limit on the lengths of road in Guildford specified in the Schedule to this Notice over their entire length.

The speed limits proposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by the emergency services in accordance with Section 87 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011.
