(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (7297)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Netherfield in the Borough of Gedling:
1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -
DEABILL STREET, NETHERFIELD (the north-west side) From its junction with Victoria Road in a south-westerly direction for 9 metres.
DEABILL STREET, NETHERFIELD (the south-east side) From its junction with Victoria Road in a south-westerly direction for 12 metres.
VICTORIA ROAD, NETHERFIELD (the south-west side) From a point 10 metres south-east of its junction with Deabill Street in a north-westerly direction to a point 10 metres north-west of that junction.
