Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to our map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground:

Location | Description

A1055 Watermead Way

To formalise the existing 24-hour clearway between Burdock Road and the borough boundary with the London Borough of Enfield.

Ashley Road N17

To formalise the CPZ event day operational times for all existing timed no waiting/no loading restrictions between Burdock Road to the northern end of the carriageway.

Aylmer Parade N2

To formalise all shared use permit holders only/pay by phone bays outside and opposite No.37 to No.24.

Bury Road N22

To formalise the operational times of 9:30am-4:30pm & 6:30pm-8am for the 2x loading only bays opposite No.33/35 and opposite the flank wall of No.24 Whymark Avenue (waiting and loading prohibited outside these hours).

Bedford Road N22

To formalise all existing double yellow lines and shared use permit holders only/pay by phone bays (operating CPZ hours, maximum stay of 1 hour for paid parking) from outside No.1 Station Cottage to the CPZ boundary leading to Alexandra Palace.

Candler Street N15

To formalise the no waiting at any time restrictions adjacent to No.598 Seven Sisters Road.

Clarence Road N15

To formalise the resident permit holders only bay (operating CPZ hours) opposite No.36 to No.50.

Cornwall Road N15

To extend the resident permit holders only bay outside No.136 southwards for approximately 4.5 metres and relocate the 2x adjacent disabled parking bays south for the same length.

Crowland Road N15

1. To formalise the shared use pay by phone/resident permit holders only parking bays (with maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour for paid parking) opposite No.27-32 and opposite No.39-55.

2. To extend the disabled parking bay outside No.54 westwards by approximately 1.4 metres.

Devonshire Road N17

To formalise the dedicated disabled parking bay outside No.32.

Elm Park Avenue N15

To formalise the maximum stay period of 1 hour 30 minutes for the pay by phone parking bay opposite No.81-93.

Grange Road / Northumberland Park N17

To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions on the existing double yellow lines at the junction between Grange Road & Northumberland Park N17.

High Cross Road N17

To formalise the CPZ operating days of Monday-Saturday for the permit holders only bay outside No.87.

High Road N17

1) To formalise the operational times for the existing no waiting/no loading restrictions of Monday-Friday 1pm-7pm, on event days Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday, Sunday & bank holidays 10am-11pm:

c. Outside Rosebay Drive to No.570 (Aldi) access road

5) To formalise the operational times for the existing no waiting/no loading restrictions of Monday-Friday 1pm-7pm, on event days 10am-11pm opposite No.708-700.

6) To formalise the pay by phone bay opposite Bromley Road and outside St Francis De Sales School operating Monday-Friday 7am-1pm, Saturdays 7am-7pm (non-event days).

7) To formalise the operational times for the loading only bay outside No.669-673 (Sainsburys) of Monday-Friday 7am-1pm, Saturdays 7am-7pm.

8) To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions:

a. Outside the access to No.676/676a

c. Outside and adjacent to No.554

9) To formalise the no waiting/no loading restrictions operating Monday-Saturday 7am-10am & 4pm-7pm and on event days 11am-11pm:

a. Outside the rear of No.100-123 Millicent Fawcett Court

10) To formalise the operational times for the existing waiting/no loading restrictions operating Monday-Saturday 7am-10am & 4pm-7pm and on event days 7am-11pm:

11) To formalise the operational times for the pay by phone bays outside No.690-694 and outside No.700-702.

12) To formalise the operational times of Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm with maximum stay of 40 minutes and no return within 1 hour for the loading only bay outside No.593.

Leeside Road N17

To formalise all existing no waiting/no loading at any time restrictions between the western side of its junction with Watermead Way to the junction with Willoughby Lane.

Mayes Road N22

To formalise the dedicated disabled parking bay outside No.132.

Moselle Avenue N22

To formalise the resident permit holders only parking bay operating CPZ hours outside No.217-235 (removal of pay by phone parking).

Muswell Road/Muswell Hill Broadway N10

1) To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions on the existing double yellow lines outside No.498-516 Muswell Hill Broadway.

2) To formalise the operational times for the loading only bay outside No.401-412 Muswell Hill Broadway of Monday-Saturday 10am-6:30pm (maximum Stay 40 minutes).

Park Road N8

To formalise the operating days of Monday-Saturday for the loading only bay outside No.18-20.

Priory Gardens N6

To formalise all existing double yellow lines, single yellow lines, permit holders only bays and resident permit holders only bays (timed restrictions operating CPZ hours).

Sydney Road N8

To formalise the dedicated disabled parking bay outside No.121.

Topsfield Parade N8

To formalise the double yellow lines on all sides of the road for its entirety.

Warberry Road N22

To amend the map-based CPZ boundaries for Wood Green Inner (WGI) to include Warberry Road accompanying properties, removing them from Wood Green Outer CPZ. The WGI operating times for all single yellow lines on Warberry Road to be formalised.

Wargrave Avenue N15

To formalise the maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour for the pay by phone parking bay outside No.2-8.

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey. Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
