What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (CHURCH STREET, RUDDINGTON) (AMENDMENTS TO PARKING PLACES) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (8433)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of road at Ruddington the Borough of Rushcliffe:
1. To provide Disabled Persons Vehicle Parking Place At Any Time along the following lengths of road:
CHURCH STREET, RUDDINGTON (the west side)
- From a point 17 metres north of its junction with Shaw Street in a northerly direction for 6 metres.
- From a point 45 metres north of its junction with Shaw Street in a northerly direction for 3 metres.
2. To provide 2 Hours Return Prohibited Within 1 Hour Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm along the following length of road:
CHURCH STREET, RUDDINGTON (the west side)
- From a point 23 metres north of its junction with Shaw Street in a northerly direction for 22 metres. Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours: -
a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP
b) Ruddington Library, Church Street, Ruddington, Nottingham NG11 6HD.
