TEMPORARY ROAD
CLOSURE ON THE U1002
BOGHEAD BRIDGE ROAD,
AGHALEE
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure
in its capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of
its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited
the use of the above named road to through traffic, from
440m West of Diamond Lane to 460m West of Diamond
Lane. Commencing Monday 26th October until Monday
23rd November 2026.
This closure is to facilitate work by DfI Southern (New Works
& Maint Schemes).
Reason for closure: Urgent Bridge Repair required.
An alternative route will be signed with traffic being diverted
via:
Diversion 1: U1005 DIAMOND LANE, C0010
BRANKINSTOWN ROAD, U1024 FEATHERBED ROAD,
U1002 BOGHEAD BRIDGE ROAD
