What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Madeley Road, Waterloo Street, Ironbridge (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst survey works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 16/11/26 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00. The following roads are affected: Madeley Road, Ironbridge from its jcn with St Lukes Rd for approx. 70m in an easterly & westerly direction. Waterloo Street, Ironbridge from its jcn with New Bridge Rd for approx. 150m in a westerly & 80m in an easterly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed
by the 19/11/26.
Alternative routes will be signed on site.
