Churchfield Road and vice versa
Date/Time: 20:45hrs 18th November 2026 until 05:40hrs 20th
November 2026 or until the works are completed whichever is

Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting all vehicular traffic at
Doncaster Road, Bawtry. Reason: Carriageway surfacing
works. Section 14(a) To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting
restriction imposed by this Order may be removed under the
provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles
Regulations 1986. Any contravention of the prohibitions or
restrictions imposed by this Order may result in a Penalty
Charge Notice being issued and the subsequent removal of a

(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of November 2026
City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the provisions
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and section 21 of The
Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and
Wales) Regulations 1996.
The effect of the Order will be to consolidate the whole of the
City of Doncaster Council (Various Roads, Doncaster)
(Parking, Stopping, Waiting and Loading) (Consolidation)
Order 2018.
A copy of the Order may be examined at the Council Office,
Civic Office, Waterdale Doncaster between the hours of 9 am
and 4.30 pm or on the Doncaster Council Website via the
following link

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of
the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act
or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with
in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 4th
day of November 2026 apply to the High Court for this
