On 26 October 2026 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and i n exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to (1) drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on filming event) and (2) cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait or load on the undernoted roads.
Road Closure
Glenmanor Avenue, Moodiesburn from Glen Avenue to Drumvale Drive Alternative routes: Vehicles will be diverted via Glenmanor Avenue, Stoneyetts Road and Gartferry Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure.
Vehicular access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure. No Waiting or Loading
