WA/2026/01970 Application under Section 73 to vary Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning consent WA/2025/02473. Timbers, The Green, Shamley Green.

WA/2026/01981 Construction of a canal towpath with associated landscaping and planting (extension of towpath permitted under WA/2021/02003). Land At Coordinates 502910 142158, Rushett Common, Bramley.

WA/2026/01987 Application under Section 73 to vary/ remove Condition 2 (approved plans) and Condition 31 (number of dwellings) of WA/2023/02010, as amended by NMA/2026/01193, to allow alterations to the approved scheme. Conversion and extensions to the Seminary building and alterations to the Farm Buildings, to provide residential accommodation, with associated works including landscaping, parking and amenity space.
