The Wychavon District Council Off-Street Parking Places (Variation No.5) Order 2026
Notice Is hereby given that Wychavon District Council Has made an Order under Section 35 (1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and under Part IV Schedule 9 of the Act and of all other enabling powers, with the consent of Worcestershire County Council in accordance with Section 39 (3) of the Act and after consulting the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act.
This Order will come into effect on 30 November 2026 may be cited as the Wychavon District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation No.5) Order 2026 (the Order).
The effect of the Order is to vary the Wychavon District Council (Off-Street Parking Places (Consolidation) Order 2021 as amended by the Wychavon District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation No.1) Order 2023 and the Wychavon District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation No.2) Order 2024 and the Wychavon District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation No.3) Order 2024 and the Wychavon District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation No.4) Order 2025.
