Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
D1284 THE COPPICE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic in its entirety from its junction with A444 Weddington Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 12 November 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 November 2026.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible and safe to do so for businesses and residents only.

D1706 DARK LANE, GOODYERS END, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junction with Smorrall Lane and Goodyers End Lane.
Reason for Order: To enable carriageway patching and works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 13 November 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 November 2026.
Access & Diversion: Smorrall Lane, Hospital Lane, Goodyers End Lane and vice versa. Access/egress to adjoining roads may also be restricted whilst works are in progress.

Access & Diversion: Bucks Hill, Camp Hill Road, Tuttle Hill.

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic from A5 Watling Street to Weddington Road roundabout.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 9 November 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 November 2026.
Access & Diversion: Clockwise – A5 Watling Street Northbound, A5 Watling Street Southbound, A47 (The Long Shoot, Hinckley Road, Leicester Road) and A444 Weddington Road.
Anti-clockwise – A444 Weddington Road, A47 (Hinckley Road, The Long Shoot) and A5 Watling Street.

Order Commences: 19 November 2026 for up to 18 years.
Anticipated Completion: 19 November 2026.
Access & Diversion: Haunchwood Road, Tomkinson Road, Croft Road, Arbury Road, Ansley Road, Thorntons Way.

Reason for Order: Works to convert existing 3 arm junction into 4 arm junction, closed 20.00hrs-06.00hrs.

Anticipated Completion: 7 December 2026.
Access & Diversion: Southbound Traffic – Leicester Rd, Bond St, Newton Rd, Jubilee Way.
Northbound Traffic – Newton Rd, Jubilee Way.

D1745 GRANT ROAD, EXHALL, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between both of its junctions with Armson Road.
Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction and associated works, weekdays only 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 23 November 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 23 December 2026.
Access & Diversion: Traffic should remain on Armson Road. Vehicular access/egress to/from Melville Close may be restricted while works are in progress.

D272 MOOR ROAD, D274 HAYES ROAD, D273 DRAYTON CLOSE AND D265 OLDBURY ROAD, HARTSHILL
Order Effect: Roads Closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Oldbury Road closed from The Woodlands to outside property number 100, Moor Road and Hayes Road closed from Oldbury Road to Bluebell Close (including section serving properties 1-5 Hayes Road), Drayton Close closed in its entirety from its junction with Moor Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 09.00hrs-15.00hrs weekdays only.
Order Commences: 16 November 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 November 2026.
Access & Diversion: D265 Oldbury Road/D272 Moor Road and D274
Hayes Road – Various diversions to be signed using Oldbury Road, Pipers Lane, B4114 Coleshill Road Common, School Hill and Church Road. D273 Drayton Close – no suitable diversion. Access/egress to Hillside via Moorwood Crescent whilst works are in progress

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
