Gardeners Lane, Wellow - Temporary Road Closure due to Pole Replacement Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – GARDENERS LANE, WELLOW, TEST VALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Gardeners Lane between a point 150 metres South of its junction with A27 and continuing to a point 170 metres South on Gardeners Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A27, A3090, Gardeners Lane.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 16th November 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day working between the hours 08:00-18:00).
