NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Aubourn/Thurlby – Aubourn Public Right of Way 12 & Thurlby Public Right of Way 4) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2021 which came into force on 17 May 2021, and subsequently extended to 16 November 2026 is now being extended and continuing in force until 29 December 2028 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.
The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way.
