TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
The following roads will be closed to all vehicles with no parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time -Chine Crescent, from its junction with Durley Chine Rd, running in a southerly direction for a distance of approx.8m - anticipated dates 15 March 2027 until 18 June 2027
Durley Chine Rd, from a point approx.20m south-east from the vehicular entrance to No.5, running in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approx.190m to its junction with Durley Chine Rd - anticipated dates 15 March 2027 until 18 June 2027
Durley Chine Rd South, for its entirety -anticipated dates 15 March 2027 until 18 June 2027
Grosvenor Rd, from its junction with Poole Rd, running in a south-westerly direction to its junction with Marlborough Rd - anticipated dates 1 March 2027 until 26 March 2027
Marlborough Rd, from its junction with Clarendon Rd, running in a north-easterly direction for approx.29m to a point approx.14m south-east from the shared property boundary of No.15 and No.1 Clarendon Rd - anticipated dates 15 February 2027 until 26 February 2027
Marlborough Rd, from its junction with Clarendon Rd, running in a north-westerly direction for approx.13m along the property boundary of No.2 Clarendon Rd - anticipated dates 15 February 2027 until 26 February 2027

West Cliff Rd, from its junction with Grosvenor Rd, running in a south-easterly direction to its junction with Durley Road South - anticipated dates 20 September 2027 until 4 February 2028
WHY: To facilitate gas works by SGN
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via signed routes

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
