(Temporary Closure of Public Footpath 196, Bottesford) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council has made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding, as and when necessary, along the length of Public Footpath 196 extending southwards from its junction with Church Lane for 165m to its junction with footpath links to Dunnock Close and Crispin Way.
This closure will be effective from 9th Nov-27th Nov 2026 inclusive and is necessary to safeguard the public, when needed, during works to install a new footbridge.
Alternative routes are available via other public rights of way and public roads.
The diversion is Dawes Lane, High St East, Brigg Rd A1029, A18, B1207 and reverse.
