Teithiwch i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin ar hyd y B5109 tuag at Trefor a phen arall y ffordd sydd ar gau. Mae’r un peth yn berthnasol i draffig sy’n teithio o’r cyfeiriad arall.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 23ain Tachwedd 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn fwy na 2 wythnos neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 23ain Tachwedd 2026.
NOTICE OF INTENTION
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14(1)
AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
(TREFOR ROAD TO THE A5) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn / Isle of Anglesey County Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit all vehicles, except for emergency vehicles, from travelling in either direction along Trefor Road to the A5.
The Order is necessary for to enable replacement of pole in verge.
The alternative route will be from the southern point of the closure.
Travel in a south easterly direction along the A5 to the junction with the B4422 in Rhostrehwfa and turn left. Travel in a north easterly direction along the B4422 to the junction with the B5109 in Corn Hir, Llangefni and turn left.
Travel in a north westerly direction along the B5109 to Trefor and the opposite end of the road closure. Vice versa for traffic travelling from the opposite direction.
The Order comes into effect on 23rd November 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 2 weeks or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 23rd November 2026.
