THE BRIGHTON & HOVE (SUSSEX COUNTY CRICKET CLUB (SCCC) – FIREWORKS DISPLAY) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 20 October 2026 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the SCCC Fireworks Display to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:
1. Temporary Road Closures – Saturday, 7 November 2026 from 17:00 - 20:00. Eaton Road from junction of Wilbury Road to junction of Salisbury Road.
2. The Order is necessary to allow egress for the Fireworks Display
3. This Order comes into force on Saturday, 7 November 2026
