(PRINCESS SQUARE) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City
Council an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the have made
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the
Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting
vehicles from proceeding on Princess Square bus lane
between the junctions of Wulfruna Street and
Lichfield Street.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen
months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken
from 2 November 2026 until 15 November 2026.
The Order is required to facilitate ongoing public realm
works by CWC - New Works.
