CITY OF YORK COUNCIL OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES OCTOBER 2026
City of York Council, having made a resolution to vary the charge for a Minster Badge from its current £45.00 charge, which is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of its issue, hereby gives notice in accordance with Section 35C and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the revised charge for a Minster Badge is £15.00, which will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. The new charge to come into effect on the 20th day of November 2026.
