THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Road Closure Hadley Highstone EN5
THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate watermain renewal works, they intend to make an Order which will close Hadley Highstone EN5, between its junctions with Kitts End Road and Dury Road, while the works take place.
The works will commence on Saturday 14th November 2026 and is expected to last for 21days.
The alternative route for motorists will be via: Kitts End Road, Hadley Highstone, Great North Road, Barnet Road, Dancers Hill Road and Kitts End Road.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
