(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)
ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of St Leonards Road from its junction with St Marks Place to its junction with Lammas Court.
The diversion route for vehicles affected by these works is via St Leonards Road, St Marks Road, Alma Road, A308 Osborne Road and St Leonards Road.
The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate works in the said road, namely tree crown reduction and thinning works and as a result there will be the likelihood of danger to the public.
The proposed Order shall be in operation between 09:00 hours and 15:00 hours on Wednesday 18 November 2026. The restriction will be in place when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
