TEMPORARY CLOSURE 407133 ALBION STREET (CIRENCESTER TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 407133 Albion Street from outside of the property known as ‘No 12 Albion Street’ to outside of the property known as ‘No. 49 Albion Street’ for a distance of approximately 115 metres. The reason for the closure is for works on behalf of BT Openreach.

The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 on 30th October 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 500898 Back Lane, from outside the property known as ‘Vince’ to outside the property known as ‘Quarme Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 37 metres. The reason for the closure is for on behalf of Openreach.

The road is expected to be closed from 2nd November 2026 until 6th November 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

The reason for the closure is for carriageway repair works.

The road is expected to be closed from 3rd November 2026 until 4th November 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
