NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM in exercise of its powers under 6, 32, 33, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended (hereinafter called "the Act") and all other enabling legislation and powers and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Act propose to make the above Orders, the effect of which will be to: -

On-Street Amendments

1. Introduce ‘No Loading At Any Time’ Restrictions At The Following Locations:
a. Clockhouse Avenue, south-east side, from a point opposite the south-west kerb line of Grove Place for 2.9 metres in a south-westerly direction.
b. Axe Street, north-west side, from the north-east kerb line of Bobby Moore Way for 8.2 metres in a north-easterly direction.
c. Gale Street Service Road, both sides, from the west kerb line of Gale Street for 27.8 metres in a westerly direction.
d. Gale Street, west side, from the north kerb line of Gale Street Service Road for 76.5 metres in a northerly direction.
e. West Bank, both sides, for its entire length, excluding any length of unadopted highway.
f. Highbridge Road, north-west side, from the south-western kerb line of West Bank for 5.8 metres in a south-westerly direction.
g. Highbridge Road, north-west side, from the north-eastern kerb line of West Bank for 4.1 metres in a north-easterly direction.

2. Introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ Restrictions At The Following Locations:
a. Gale Street Service Road, both sides, from the west kerb line of Gale Street for 27.8 metres in a westerly direction.
b. West Bank, both sides, for its entire length, excluding any length of unadopted highway, replacing existing ‘No waiting Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:30pm’ restrictions.
c. Highbridge Road, north-west side, from the south-western kerb line of West Bank for 5.8 metres in a south-westerly direction, replacing existing ‘No waiting Mon-Sat 8:00am – 6:30pm’ restrictions.

3. Revoke ‘Resident Permit Holders Only Zone HW Mon-Sat 8.30am-5.30pm’ Bays At The Following Locations:
a. Alibon Road, south side, outside No. 182 Alibon Road.
b. Meadow Road (Dagenham), east side, outside No. 35 Meadow Road.
c. St Georges Road, north-west side, outside No. 69 St Georges Road.
d. Downing Road, north-west side, outside No. 279 Downing Road.
