The Bromley (Waiting And Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No.*** ) Order 202* - The Bromley (Prohibition Of Stopping On Cab Ranks) Traffic Order 1990 (Amendment No.*** ) Order 202* - The Bromley (Controlled Parking) (On Street Places) Order 2004 (Amendment No.*** ) Order 202* - The Bromley (On-Street Parking Places) (Orpington Area) Order 2006 (Amendment No.*** ) Order 202* - (Various Locations) - 1735

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 47, 49, 124 and 125 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.

The Effect Of The Orders Would Be To:-
(a) Introduce/extend No Waiting ‘at any time’ restrictions as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice;

(b) Convert an existing Waiting restriction operating Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm to No Waiting ‘at any time’ restrictions as specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice;

(c) Convert an existing Taxi Rank located outside Nos. 168 and 170 Orpington High Street, Orpington and replace it with a Pay and Display Bay outside No. 170 and a Solo Motorcycle Bay outside No. 168 as specified in Schedule 3 and 4 to this Notice;

(d) Extend the length of an existing Permit Holders only parking bay opposite Nos. 213 and 215 Petts Wood Road by 0.3m as specified in Schedule 5 to this Notice;

(e) Convert an existing Pay and Display parking bays outside Chelsfield Station, Station Approach, operating Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:30pm to a Taxi Rank as specified in Schedule 6 to the Notice;

(f) Convert an existing Waiting restriction operating Monday to Saturday between 8:30am to 6:30pm and Sunday between 10:00am and 5:00pm to a Taxi Rank operating Monday to Friday between midnight and 5:00am in Widmore Road, Bromley as specified in Schedule 7 to this Notice;

(g) Introduce No Waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 7:00pm in Warren Road as specified in Schedule 8 to this Notice.

Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.

Copies of the proposed Orders, plans and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at: Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS.
