TEMPORARY CLOSURE 401173 MILLEND LANE (EASTINGTON PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 401173 Millend Lane from outside of the property known as ‘Quercus’ to outside of the property known as ‘Churchend Mill’ for a distance of approximately 45 metres. The reason for the closure is for works on behalf of Severn Trent Water.
The road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 31st October 2026 until 17:00hrs on 1st November 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

The reason for the closure is for cabling works.
The road is expected to be closed on 5th November 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

The reason for the closure is for works involving removing vegetation.
The road and footway are expected to be closed between 09:30hrs and 14:30hrs on 16th November 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
