TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Wirral Borough Council intend to make orders under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other powers enabling it whether under that Act or otherwise to close roads as stated in the schedules to this notice to vehicular traffic between the times stated, to enable a Remembrance Sunday Parade and Memorial Services to take place on or about the roads detailed.

The Council having satisfied itself that it is not reasonably practicable for these to be held without being on these roads. Alternative routes if available are stated in the schedules.

The orders will not prevent reasonable access at any time for pedestrians to premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which these orders relate nor any premises accessible only to pedestrians from such a road.
